Condition Monitoring


We have historically used laboratory analysis to assure ourselves that the engines in our care are not suffering from hidden leaks or internal wear. At one time skilled technicians who had to perform a series of separate tests on each sample carried out these analyses.

Recently, automated, computerized test equipment has removed much manual work from the process. Advances in the methods by which many contaminants are assayed have also taken place. These developments mean that all engines serviced by Electromech have an oil sample analysis.
